The SF-99 Servo Pin Bore Repair System

The SF-99 servo pin bore repair system is a set of tools that allow you to easily repair worn servo pin bores with no special machinery, all that is needed is a drill and a hammer.

Each kit can be purchased as either a master or a sub kit. The kits are broke into color named “series.” The “series” are divided according to tooling sizes. For example, a 5RW “Master” kit contains all tooling (jigs, guides, reamers, drivers, gauge pin, and bushings) needed; while a 5RW “Sub” kit contains only the two 5RW jigs, gauge pin, and six bushings. The 5RW kit is a “Black series” kit. This means that if you have a 5RW Master kit, you can purchase any other Black series sub kit. To expand to a different color series, you will, however, need to purchase a Master kit of that color series. This allows the mechanic to expand his capabilities without buying duplicate tooling. The reason for this confusion is that some of the kits use different size reamers and guides. All of the kits (Master and Sub) come with enough bushings for three transmissions, and they are used in the same, simple, way.
